This e-portfolio was created to demonstrate the influences that social media plays on employment opportunities.  I felt this is an important subject in todays society because in todays world, technology and ditigal literacy is becoming more and more commonly used. 

So, the question is...

With social media being so popular how can potential job seeker become more appealing to recruiters with social media?

If a job seeker can use their social media profile to make themselves more appealing to recruiters, is it illegal for a recruiter to use a potential candidate’s social media profile to influence their hiring decision?
