Historical Figure Biography

 

This section of the ePortfolio focuses on the life of IL leader Charles Carr. During his journey to successfully achieving independent living, he displayed perseverance and ingenuity in overcoming many obstacles. His numerous contributions to the Independent Living Movement have had a profound and lasting impact on the disabled community.
