Well hello there!

Welcome to my little corner of the world here on e-Portfolio!

After a number of years spent exploring different exciting nursing opportunities, I have found my niche in the areas of disease prevention and health promotion.

I am an especially big proponent of physical activity, and the potential benefits that it holds for everyone, regardless of one's age or physical condition. 

In addition to being a nurse, I am also a mom, a wife, a teacher, a dreamer, and oh yes, an RN to BSN student at CUNY SPS…

While the nursing program here at SPS is very demanding, it is also very flexible.

Flexible not only because it is an online program with courses that are available whenever I am, but flexible in that the projects and assignments allow for some freedom to explore my own areas of interest.

This keeps my schoolwork relevant, interesting, and exciting, which leads to some really amazing results.

I like to "dream big", and I’m also a "go big or go home" kind of girl.

This program has really given me a wonderful opportunity to take my practice, my education, and myself to the next level, and to go as big as I want to.
