I have a wide range of interestes but this list is simply to name a few of them. AS always if you have any questions or comments please let me know.

Cooking - I like to eat well and I find the best way to do so is to cook. I love to learn how to make new dishes especially if they are relatively simple yet exotic. I have recently discovered the world of mushrooms and have been at teh farmers market consistantly trying all sorts such as King Trumpet, Tree Oyster, and Lions Mane. I tend to use allrecipes.com often if I am at a loss for something to cook and need some ideas.

Hiking and Camping - I just organized a trip for 10 people to Mt. Tamalpais last month. I hope to plan another trip when I get back to NY.

Reading - I go through phases of intense reading. Most recently I read The Glass Castle by Jeannette Walls. Prior to that I read Man's Search For Meaning by Viktor E. Frankl

Scuba diving- I am a Padi Divemaster.

Traveling - I have traveled to many places includging Central America, Turkey, Around the United States, and Israel. I hope to see many more places as the years go on. This is my passion.

Writing - I typically write for myself and I enjoy writing stories.
