About Me

You can upload rich media content and use text to describe your achievements, your goals, what you like to do, your personal philosophy, and any information that you would like to share with your classmates and professor. Hyperlinks are a great way to make your pages more dynamic!

About you as a person

You may choose to write about what you like to do when you're not being a student. You may also decide to add a tab to the left side of your page with multiple pages on different subjects,  instead of trying to squeeze everything into one page. You can lay out your pages however you would like.

You can also share your tweets with the Twitter Social Module. This module displays a customizable feed of your (or your class') latest tweets from Twitter. This module can be added to any page or listed under it's own page if you choose.

Why did you decide to enroll in the MA in Disability Studies?

This sub-section is optional but you are welcome to include some information about your work, what led you to enroll in the MA in Disability Studies program. I suggest that you keep it short and interesting. Writing for the web like this is sometimes described as "pithy." It will help keep your visitors' attention.

If you would like to include a document, we recommend making it available as a pdf (rather than a Microsoft Word doc, for example). The reason is that not every visitor will have MS Word, but most people can open a .pdf which is designed to be accessible and cross-platform.
